SOOOO many options for accessories. I spent days playing with all the configurations, which was so much fun, since it's all custom. We took our 20 month old to the show room to let her try them out and were able to leave feeling confident that she could handle the pieces we picked. I love the option to add/change accessories as she grows and becomes more adventurous. (Can't wait to add a swing beam and rock wall!) The construction went off without a hitch, and the angels installed the set in the rain so we didn't have to reschedule. Customer service is exceptional, from sales, to management, to installers. They take care and pride in their work, and it shows. We also have a pretty significant slope to our yard and they were able to add footers to place it level without having to do any dirt work. No other company I looked into
