The play set is exactly what I wanted!! The experience was great from beginning to end!! It was put together with my grandchildren’s safety and enjoyment in mind. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for outdoor entertainment for their children or grandchildren!! I have to say that it is worth every penny!!

Well-built, sturdy materials, and amazing crew. These guys really do listen, and customize everything to fit your needs/yard/budget. They built us a set with a ramp that loops around so my daughter's wheelchair can go all the way to the top with ease. We'll definitely use them again for add-ons.

We had Backyard Fun factory make us a custom playground for our kids and they were amazing to work with. They came out to our house and measured and worked with us for a couple hours until we got the placement and configuration exactly how we wanted it. Our kids love it and have so much fun exploring everyday with it.

This was our second purchase of an amazing Backyard Fun Factory set. After over fifteen years, our first one, while functional, needed an update. We even reused the slides and swings! Julie and James were terrifically helpful. In years to come, we will return to the Backyard Fun Factory. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!
