I had an amazing experience with the company that builds custom playgrounds. James and his crew did a fantastic job! They were extremely attentive throughout the entire process. The level of dedication and craftsmanship they displayed was truly remarkable. I couldn't be happier with the end result of the playground they created for us. Everyone working there was amazing, and their passion for what they do truly shines through. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to create a unique and safe playground for their kids!

The play set is exactly what I wanted!! The experience was great from beginning to end!! It was put together with my grandchildren’s safety and enjoyment in mind. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for outdoor entertainment for their children or grandchildren!! I have to say that it is worth every penny!!

This was our second purchase of an amazing Backyard Fun Factory Adventure set. After over fifteen years, our first one, while functional, needed an update. We even reused the slides and swings! Julie and James were terrifically helpful. James particularly impressed our family with his attention to detail, warm humor and outstanding work ethic. His example made a lasting impression on our fourteen old son. What a joy to work with on a very hot Texas afternoon. In years to come, we will return to the Backyard Fun Factory. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

This place is absolutely amazing, my wife and I were super indecisive at the start of our purchasing journey because our yard is not very large and the associates we worked with were extremely kind and accommodating. The installers who showed up were wonderful, knowledgeable, made last minute adjustments on the fly as necessary because of the space and slope of our yard, and they assembled the entire fort in a few hours. The fort we purchased is extremely well made and I will 100% recommend Backyard Fun Factory to anyone. We had an exceptional Christmas for our children thanks to Backyard Fun Factory!

The quality is exceptional. Superior to all the other play set/tree houses we compared. The staff was extremely responsive. The tree house they built us is very sturdy and will last for a very long time. Our kids have been wearing themselves out on it from dawn till dusk!
