Backyard Fun Factory actively provides maintenance and service options to ensure the ongoing safety of your swing set. Regularly maintaining your Backyard Fun Factory swing set is crucial for enhancing its longevity and preserving the quality of your playset. We strongly recommend conducting the first re-stain and maintenance session within one year of your purchase. Subsequently, it is advisable to schedule these sessions every 2-3 years, adjusting as needed based on the intensity of usage. Additionally, some customers opt for annual staining services to maintain the optimal condition of their swing sets.

Here is our “recommended” service schedule:

6 months after purchase – Polishing Service & Safety Check (optional)

(A “Polishing Service” is a light stain application to keep your swing set looking new.)

Annual Tightening of Hardware & Safety Check (Minor Re-leveling, as needed)

1 Year after purchase – Re-stain, Tightening, Minor Re-leveling, & Safety Check

2-3 Years after purchase (depending on usage) – Re-stain, Tightening, Minor Re-leveling, and Safety Check

Our re-stain appointments include, but are not limited to:

*staining all wooden components

*tightening of hardware

*minor re-leveling, as needed

*checking for any warranty issues to the original purchaser

*minor re-leveling as needed

Payment is required in full at time of scheduling for all of our maintenance services.
