We use 2×6 floor boards, 4×4 support beams, and 4×6 swing beams which far exceeds the ASTM Standard 1148.
We install 4×4 gussets in all four corners of the main structure. This gives added strength to the structure.

We router and mold the edges and ends of each wooden component to reduce splintering.
We dip and scrub each board with stain to allow for a deeper penetration of stain before assembly.
We only use screws and bolts for the installation of your swing set.
Installing floor screws from the bottom of the flooring prevents splinter pockets.
We pre-drill wall slats to minimize splitting.
We build doors with door frames to prevent sagging.
For easy disassembly for storage in garages or storage facilities, we build our swing sets in panelized sections.

Specifically blended for swing set applications, we use a semi-transparent redwood stain.
For added safety, we use Powder-coated hand rails and plastisol covered chains on our swing accessories.
We install grab handles on our deck ladders and side rails on our boardwalks.
To reduce injury to children, bolt holes are counter-sunk.
We install sunbursts at the roof peaks to give additional shade on the swing sets, protecting your child from the sun.
