We had a large Backyard Fun Factory Playset installed in June of this year and I am delighted with it. I have 9 grandchildren, ages 2-8, and they have endless hours of fun with it. In addition to the playset, we had them install some Pogosticks, Tire Swings, and large Disk swing on our 4 Live Oak trees so our grandchildren could have fun in the shade, even in 100 degrees Texas heat. The installers were very efficient and helpful and super supportive. They have come back twice to fix things, without any questions asked!!! I highly recommend this company for guaranteed backyard fun. They are full of great ideas and their products are high quality!

WOW!! We are all just over the moon with our new playset/treehouse. We went out to Justin to take a look at what they did and talked with the staff. They came out to our house, measured our space (kind of a difficult space) and brainstormed with us on our must haves and other options that could be included. They sent the sweetest letter to our kids from Santa to let them know that Santa had delivered all the pieces to them and that they would install it soon. It is AMAZING!! The install team worked non stop to get it done. There were a couple times they brought me out to brainstorm option on what would work best. They NEVER skimped on doing what was best, even though it meant extra time. I cannot recommend them highly enough from start to finish!! We called Backyard Fun Factory to move our playset for us after a move. Though it was not one we bought from them, they were able to easily accommodate our needs. They were super fast with their response to my request, and had wonderful customer service. They were able to get someone out quickly, which really helped us out as well! The gentleman that did the move was knowledgeable and efficient, breaking down and moving the playset to our new house. I bought one of their units 10 years ago with a fort and a slide and rock climbing and swings and gliders. My four grandkids have loved it for ten years but now have grown up and no longer play on it. I’ve had Backyard Fun Factory refurbish it twice and it looked as good as new. My neighbor knew a family who would love it and use it for many more years. They have two little girls who were thrilled to get it. It took four men to gently disassemble it and move it in large pieces. I got the nicest thank u note from this lovely young family that they will use it and love it for many more years. How heartwarming to me that we were able to carry on this great playset. What a great company that makes quality products that stand the test of time.

The people at Backyard Fun Factory know exactly how to help you with any structure you’d like to build. They helped me plan the exact play set that would be perfect and safe for our now 2 year old grand daughter but to keep her “interested” as she grows. The guys that built the set did a great job and worked without stopping except for a short 10 minute lunch. They took care to make sure everything was level and safe. Our yard is a funky steep grade and they made it perfect. I would recommend them to everyone who wants a top of the line play space at a reasonable price.

If I could give more than five stars I would!  Backyard Fun Factory built a treehouse/playset at our home, and a large deck at the base of the tree.  The playset looks amazing and my kids absolutely LOVE everything (including the big kids, a.k.a. the adults)!  Trish, Jared and Crew have been easy to work with, and quick to respond to any questions.  We highly recommend working with Backyard Fun Factory!!!!@! Love our playhouse / wooden swing set. Backyard fun factory helped us design something we could use for several decades to come. Design, Installation, and follow up and have all been excellent. Materials used all seem to be of very good quality. We really love the fact this playhouse has something for kids of all ages, and my wife and I can swing on the day bed.
