The Make-A-Wish Foundation, an American non-profit, actively fulfills experience-based “wishes” for children diagnosed with critical illnesses. Since 1980, they have been bringing joy to children facing medical hardships. We are grateful to the Make-A-Wish Foundation for inviting us to participate in this wish!

It has transformed into a remarkable institution that actively works to alleviate the challenging and harsh realities faced by children recovering from critical illnesses. Through their efforts, they aim to create meaningful experiences for children amidst their battles. The wishes they grant span a variety of experiences, from visits to Disneyworld or Disneyland to opportunities to become a police officer or firefighter for a day, indulging in vacations, enjoying shopping sprees, or even meeting celebrities—each providing something delightful for the child to cherish!
We Were Chosen To Help!
At Backyard Fun Factory, we were both blessed and thrilled to contribute to a wish fulfilled through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Amelia’s desire for a backyard playset was granted, and we eagerly collaborated with the coordinator and her family to tailor the perfect playset, complete with age-appropriate accessories, for Amelia’s enjoyment. Following their approval, we promptly scheduled the installation of her custom playset and expertly installed it in Amelia’s backyard. Our hope is that Amelia’s wish will bring abundant joy and fun to her and her siblings as they play on the set for years to come. Being a part of making Amelia’s dream a reality was truly heartwarming. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Make-A-Wish Foundation for allowing us to participate in this wish!
